How is it January 19, 2014? As usual I am still writing 2013 on my checks, though I may actually be stuck in last year.
It all went by way to fast. Like having a baby, it seems like everyday goes on and on forever and then. . .wham. . .your baby is 5 years old.
Cooper finally fulfilled his life long goal to have a sleepover.
And it was awesome!
We spent New Year's Eve at home with the family and did a lot of this. . .
The Panther's made the playoff's, and life was good. . .even when we lost!
Summerour Lamps did a hell of a job restoring my grandparents lamps. . .
And this little vignette makes me very, very happy!
Need a little gold in your life, I fell hard for these little beauty's at Target. The gold leaf honeycomb is killing me. . .check the price tag . . . ($75 for the lamp and the shade)
And Speaking of Inspiration, I started working with our new architect Ray Sheedy of SheedyWatts Design. We are going to try and turn the front of my house from this:
To Something that resembles this. . .
My Mom snapped this little pic of Scottty and me celebrating our anniversary dinner. . .
And it lead to this pretty little moonshine cocktail and an evening of food porn at the Mast Farm Inn. . .
Happy New Year! May 2014 be the best year ever!
